Olomučany (Olomucany)
Zkameněliny v této dnes již klasické lokalitě moravské svrchní jury pochází po zániku odkryvu v Lomu Hrubých z povrchových sběrů na polích a z kamenic na okrajích remízků na východní straně olomučanského údolí.
Abundant fossils in this well known locality of the Upper Jurassic in Moravia region used to be found in several quarries and mines in the area. Unfortunately, these are covered with vegetation and rendered unaccessible. Nowadays, you can find some small fossils in the fields and forests within the Olomucany valley.
